BRIDAL ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Desert Sun Floral appreciates your choice to allow us to provide floral services for your wedding day. Our goal is to contribute to the vision for your special day by providing quality wood florals and designs paired with exceptional customer service and support. Desert Sun Floral reserves the right to cancel this contract if at any time we feel that obligations or expectations cannot be met. In the event of fire, natural disaster, tragedy, or other emergency affecting Desert Sun Floral, your liability is limited to a full refund of all monies paid.  


Terms: Payments can be made in cash, or with a debit/credit card through PayPal 


Deposit/Final Payment: I understand that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure our selected wedding date and quoted services, and represents my agreement to the terms of this contract. Final Payment is due at or before the selected day of pickup, or prior to the selected day of shipping. I understand if I fail to make payment in full as scheduled, I acknowledge that this agreement is no longer valid and I may be subject to cancellation fees. Delays in making Final Payment will result in delays in shipping, and I may be subject to expedited shipping fees. If Final Payment is not made fourteen (14) days after order completion, I acknowledge that my order will be considered abandoned and the items forfeited to the ownership of Desert Sun Floral.  


Cancellations: In the event I elect to cancel my event with Desert Sun Floral, I agree that I will submit my request for cancellation in writing. Additionally, I acknowledge that I am requesting custom design floral work from Desert Sun Floral and understand that if I elect to cancel my event I may be subject to cancellation fees above and beyond the deposit amount. I understand that there is no refund for cancellations after Final Payment is made. In the event I elect to cancel my event, I understand that my non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.  


Order Changes and Additions: Additional purchases will be invoiced at the time of order. If ordered after my final payment, I understand that I am responsible for payment in full prior to delivery. Desert Sun Floral understands that unexpected changes and updates can occur up until my wedding date, and will make every conceivable effort to accommodate my circumstance(s). Unfortunately with last minute changes, Desert Sun Floral cannot guarantee that my same flowers or greenery will be available on order changes or additions made after original request, but will work diligently on my behalf to match my color and style as closely as possible. 


Returns: Due to the custom nature of our products, Desert Sun Floral does not accept returns or exchanges of any product. Customer will provide written approval prior to shipping or pick-up/delivery. All sales are final once Final Payment is made.  


Damages: Desert Sun Floral is not liable for any loss and/or damage caused by USPS or any other shipping company. Desert Sun Floral ships all packages with insurance and tracking. If items arrive damaged, I am responsible for taking photos of damaged packaging and product. If any damage and/or loss occur, I am responsible for filing a claim through appropriate channels for the shipping company used.
